Short DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.This key role will provide administrative support to the sales manager and sales associates, oversee and perform office operation duties, recruit and train staff, interpret and enforce company policy and provide customer serviceThis is a critical position in our office and requires strong administrative, project and time management skills as well as a desire to sustain a very positive and productive environment in our busy office.May provide work direction for clerical staff and coordinate daily general office activities.Long DescriptionThis position provides administrative support to the branch manager and sales associatesDirect and coordinate the administrative activities in support of the real estate officeOversee, maintain and perform the day-to-day sales office operations, including:
payment of bills, answering phones, record keeping, invoicing, marketing, filing, assisting sales/branch manager, tracking expenses, greeting clients, building and equipment maintenance and maintenance of office supply and marketing material inventoriesRecruit and train staff, interpret and enforce company policy and provide customer service.Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
oBachelor's degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Experience:
oThree to five plus years of related experience and demonstrated supervisory skills.Knowledge and Skills:
oKnowledge of real estate, title and /or mortgage business strongly preferred.oStrong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Publisher and Access.oExcellent oral and written communication skills.oEffective interpersonal skills and leadership abilitiesA strong customer-service focus.oEffective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; initiative, attention to detail, and a team player.oProject management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.oAbility to handle stress and work under pressure.Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
